  • ●  Quotes for hall renovations 2 quotes came in and they are comparable around $ 60,000. More information about the grant from Co-op for the renovation will be known in January. Kristine will print all quotes with details for the next meeting.
  • ●  Jacob’s receipt for the oil change : He has never delivered the receipt.
  • ●  Christmas Market was a huge success. It was a great idea to combine Christmas Hampers, Tree Light Up, PAC donations and HCA Christmas Market into one day event. Ideas for next year: Church Choir, Letters to Santa
  • ●  Christmas Hampers Key for the Hall : Judy gave the key to Lisa on December 1st. Judy is taking care of all the paperwork connected with renting the key.
  • ●  Christmas Hampers Committee update: volunteers from the Fire Department decorate the tree. Lisa provided the receipts for the lights and the extension cord to HCA. The Committee received much more donations during the Christmas Market compared to previous year when it was only Tree Light Up. Perley Homes donated the christmas lights.

  • ●  Emergency information signage with the address should be put on the doors inside the building. The address should be attached to the rental agreement also. Kim will look at this.
  • ●  AED checked by Volunteering Fire Department- not expired at the hall and the school
  • ●  Emergency Center. It would be good to have some emergency center for people who are stuck in Hixon after highway accidents to warm up. Maybe the Church could step up?
