Treasurer’s Report : Pat is away and will have a full report for May.

Old Business:
- Junk in the trunk – Date is confirmed for June 2nd – Candace has asked PAC if they want to do a concession again but has not yet gotten an answer and will follow up. Tin auction will be advertised in the newsletter.
- Ticket Sales – 15 books confirmed sold. Please remember that tickets can only be sold within BC
- Food Skills – Pat will be meeting with Trish in the coming weeks to organize a food skills class.
- Newsletter – Recommended that we eliminate the photo as it takes up a lot of space and takes away from the important information. Instead of a joke or garden tip we will put in Bc wildfire information, Current fire ban and info about the Drought. Christianne’s cleaning business with be the advertised business for the month.
- Roofing – Supposed to start April 3rd, but delayed until Thursday or possibly Friday.
New Business:
- Spring clean up day – Create a clean up list that includes : Regional district list, White tarp needs to go, Bucking of trees ( Emmett) , Flower beds, rock picking by water line, benches need sanded and stained, miscellaneous stuff under deck, new nets on hoops ( Dan bought the nets), leaf blowing and racking, stuff behind concession ( letters and chairs are garbage ), graffiti needs to be painted. Clean up date set for April 27th @ 9am. Caden will make a list to email to all directors, each director to please pick a task that they will complete that day to simplify thing.
- Light Stand at crosswalk – We should send a Follow up letter. Grader took out the light stand and there was a letter written on Nov 23rd to the ministry of transportation. Should send a follow up letter asking if we can just redo the crosswalk at the same time to have it more lit up as requested in the past.
- Jacob – Rehire for summer grounds keeping. We should give Jacob a list of what we would like done on a weekly basis as well as an annual list of the bigger projects. Motion to rehire Jacob made by Candace seconded by Dan
- Grant in aid for $10,000 – we received a grant in aid for hall maintenance, improvements, insurance and operating expenses.
