Annual Treasurer Report: $98,518.55 total; $40,768.30 in grants; $57,750.25 general

Pat explained what specific grants are for. We need a financial cushion for unexpected spending and for bills.

●Hall renovation (new ceiling, walls painting, LED lights, AC)

●Kids’ Playgroup with CCRR

Role of a Director:

●Be an active participant

●Be loyal to the Hixon Community Association organization

●Act prudently

●Protect the organizations legal status

●Act within your scope of authority

●Be involved in the community

●Attend Hixon Community Association meetings

●Take care when voting

●Prepare events and activities in Hixon

●Take care of the Community Hall and grounds (maintenance, cleaning)

●Do the criminal record check
