Meeting Called to order : 7:39 pm 

Welcome to the 2024 Annual General Meeting! At this time we vote and/or fill vacant positions, This year we have 5 vacant positions. Within these 5 positions, Shannon Pratt, Kim Gibbs and Dan Davis are choosing to step down, your years of commitment are greatly appreciated. Thank You!

 We are continuously growing and as we add new people to our board of directors, we are able to host more events and make improvements within our community !

The responsibilities of a director consist of taking care when voting, being an active participant, being loyal to the association, protecting the association’s legal status, acting within your scope of authority and having fun! Our association plans many events throughout the year as well as organize regular maintenance and care for the hall.

Each director of our association is required to do a criminal record check.
